If they dont resolve somthing this week I think i need to get a lawyer and file a lawsuit against betcorp this is unacceptable. Who was that lawyer that deals with online wagering? Because i want to take Betcorp to court if somthing is not done this week!primetime21 said:no, its actually 2 words. Thanks for contributing
As for WWTS they are thieves. THey aren't the only site in this situation. Party Poker has lost millions upon millions from their decisiion and they let people cash out. What is the point in them holding our money. if they fully intend to refund the money why not do it now?
yeah yeah, they are working on deals. Well we gave them the weekend and still nothing. Now i hear from another site that it will be another 10 days. what a crock.

He did mention that WWTS has over 50,000 accounts, probably closer to 60,000. That is probably worth a lot to someone.
One last thing: He also mentioned that when they called WWTS on the phone to inquire about this last Friday, the first thing they told him was that if they had to payout on every account, they had the money to do it.
Either WWTS lied to him or he lied to me or we will get something out of this.
My only question is, if they do find a private buyer, how is the private buyer going to prevent a run on the book? Will they increase everyone's account balance by 20% and require a non-optional 4X rollover? I would be VERY ok with something like that. But if there is no sweetener, I will likely withdraw immediately. That is, if they find a buyer and I have not been told a pack of lies.

As for BetPanam, that was really before my time. Was BetPanam a publicly traded company?
If a privately owned sports book does this and says they have the money, that is one thing. As you can see, the publicly traded companies are afraid of their own shadows. I doubt they would lie about cash balances. They have investors to report to. The executives can't be giving out two different stories, one for the players and one for the investors. The stories have to match of they can be sued, personally, by the class action guys.
